Applicable Law and Venue

While DISCUSSTOGETHER.COM has made no effort to publish the Site elsewhere, the Site is accessible in all 50 states of the United States and in other countries. You and DISCUSSTOGETHER.COM both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in regard to the Site. Severability
